Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

– All products included within a single voucher/experience must be redeemed at the same time and at the same theatre.

– The voucher/experience holds no cash value and cannot be transferred onto any other service, ticket purchase, or retail experience.

– Vouchers must be used before the voucher expiry date shown.

– Vouchers/experiences cannot be refunded. In the event of a performance being cancelled, where possible and subject to availability, you will be offered an opportunity to use your voucher/experience at an alternative performance. If we are unable to offer a you an alternative opportunity to use the voucher, a refund will be offered.

– All vouchers/experiences are sold subject to availability and as set out expressly in these Terms.

– Every member of the audience, including children, must be in the possession of a valid Ticket to gain entry to the Theatre.

– This voucher/experience does not constitute a valid ticket to the theatre or performance.

– Vouchers/experiences must not be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.

– The sohoplace.org Terms and Conditions that form part of the ticket purchasing process must be adhered to at all times when in the theatre and using the voucher/experience.

– We reserve the right to refuse admission to Ticket holders in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.

– We reserve the right to refuse admission to and to remove audience members displaying aggressive behaviour and to remove Ticket holders behaving in a violent or unreasonable manner.
