Auditorium

Make your next event truly memorable from the setting of our unique West End stage.  

Our unique, contemporary auditorium is the perfect space for conferences and events for up to 600 guests (400 for presentations) and benefits from outstanding room acoustics, perfect sightlines and modern technical facilities.  Our Central London location offers outstanding national and international transport links, supported by an IT and broadcast infrastructure that ensures great connectivity for hybrid events.  

Enjoy a warm West End welcome in our beautiful building, courtesy of our experienced in-house event management and technical teams and partnerships with some of London’s best event caterers.

Studio

Our flexible rehearsal and events space adjoins an exclusive bar and lounge with covered outdoor terrace overlooking the hustle and bustle of the busy West End.

A light, airy, blank canvas for smaller events and rehearsals by day and a perfect party venue by night, our fifth floor Studio is a comfortable home for both conferences and celebrations.

With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the hustle and bustle of Charing Cross Road, you can enjoy the quiet calm or make some noise in this largely soundproofed space which seats up to 120 theatre-style and can hold 200+ standing.

The Studio has a retractable wall which can be opened-up into the adjacent Nica’s Bar – perfect for larger parties, press nights and post-conference receptions.  Affordable, in-house AV packages are available.

Nica’s Bar

Our exclusive, top-floor lounge bar overlooks the crossroads at the end of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road and benefits from a panoramic, covered outdoor terrace. Internally, warm oak panelling meets modern glass and gold mesh to create a contemporary space that is as warm as it is open. There is a large, feature bar from which a range of drinks and catering packages can be served.

Nica’s Bar can be used as a breakout space and for small, informal meetings but is at its best hosting receptions, networking events, informal presentations and – of course – for parties.

Catering and bar

Alongside our in-house bar and canapé service, we partner with some of London’s best specialist event caterers to offer a wide variety of different menus suitable for every taste and price point.

Our spaces are great for standing receptions and we offer a wide range of drinks, canapés, bowl food and buffets. And of course, we specialise in parties – regularly hosting some of the West End’s biggest shows and stars.
